2. Applying for a role on the Xbox Resource team does not guarantee you acceptance.

3. Your application will be reviewed by a current member of staff and a decision will be made.

4. If you are successful then firstly you will be asked to submit a piece of work that is your own, up-to-date and relevant.

5. If your work is of satisfactory quality then you will be assigned to the newshound team and given instructions as to what is required of you and general rules and regulations.

6. Generally speaking as a member of staff you should have the sites best interest at heart, promoting a good name for the site elsewhere in your web presence and getting involved as much as you can - this means regularly posting content to keep the site flowing with content.

7. If you fail to meet these requirements your role may be put into question as to whether it is viable for you to continue, if not then you will be demoted.
